Player skill reference

Uses, targets, areas, recharge requirements, and Full upgrade values.

Acquisition and use

Active skills occupy three slots. Rewards give a major skill first, then minor skills. Skills begin each battle fully charged. After use, recharge them by clearing the required lines or making the required placements. Casting does not itself add a placement turn.

In Full, filling the slots opens upgrade rewards. The first unupgraded slot offers its current skill’s upgrade and alternatives from the same category. Lite has no upgrades and excludes Rewind; Cold Snap is available.

Board and queue targets

Board skills require confirmation on the board. Infusions, rebuilds, and Mirror Copy target queued pieces. Rewind also requires board confirmation. Transformations and blasts still respect material resistances; a stronger inner area does not bypass every immunity.

Rewind only restores the board from before the latest successful placement. Using it empties its charge. Another use requires recharging and a new successful placement. For shear-skill damage, see Damage calculation.

A charged skill can be cast even if it changes nothing, and still consumes its charge. The target preview does not guarantee that every cell will change.
