Shops and coins
Purchases, sales, rising prices, upgrade limits, and coin sources.
Buying and selling modules
Each layer’s shop offers eight modules, alternating between modules without and with a fixed material. Select an offer and confirm purchase, or drag it into the reserve queue. Selecting, previewing, or cancelling does not spend coins. A module purchase requires an empty reserve slot.
Base module prices are 1, 2, 3… coins according to purchases at that shop on that layer. The next layer starts at 1 again. Shape size and material do not determine the price. Every module sells for 1 coin; select multiple modules in the build interface to sell together. Selling does not reset the shop purchase count.
Queue upgrades
Selection Expansion converts one PREVIEW slot to PICK. Slot Expansion adds one PREVIEW slot. Each is sold once per layer. Effects persist across layers and do not occupy module storage.
Upgrade price = 10 + 5 × total levels of the two purchased queue upgrades. This cost accumulates across layers. Module purchases and upgrade purchases do not raise each other’s prices.
Discount
Shop Discount multiplies module and upgrade costs by 0.7 and rounds down. A module normally costing 1 coin becomes free. Build expansion and event fees are excluded. Each offer can still be purchased only once.
Income and spending
| Source | Coins |
|---|---|
| Normal battle on layer 1 / 2 / 3 | 4 / 7 / 10 |
| Elite battle | 10 |
| Boss battle | 30 |
| Camp supplies | 10 |
| Coin event | 3, or sacrifice the last reserve module for 6 |
| Coin Supply modifier | 20 |
| More Choices / Reward Refresh | An additional 10 on collection |
| Selling modules | 1 each |
Coins fund modules, queue upgrades, and build expansion. Some events also charge a fee. Income and costs work together; old-version prices are not a useful measure of purchasing power here.
Shapes and materials
Shop shapes cycle through the opening shape bag, refilling only when exhausted. Materials come from the edition’s available material pool. Later layers continue the run’s stock sequence, while purchase counts are separate for each layer. Viewing more stock does not reroll offers already shown.
