Versions, saves, and replays
The guide version, Full and Lite differences, and moving your saves.
Which version does this guide cover?
This guide covers v0.1.0. The game is in active development, and rules and values may change with updates. Check that the guide matches the version you are playing.
Full and Lite
| Content | Lite | Full |
|---|---|---|
| Three-layer adventure | Yes | Yes |
| Elite battles and Hard mode | No | Yes |
| Active skill upgrades | No | Yes |
| Cold Snap and Rewind | Not in the skill pool | Available |
| Snow and Oil modules | Not in the module reward pool | Available |
| Weather | Rain, wind, thunder | Also snow |
| Liquid Reaction modifier | Not in the reward pool | Available |
| Advanced liquid reactions and corrosion | Full reactions and corrosion unavailable | Supported |
A material appearing in the reference table does not mean that every edition can give it as a random reward. Full’s advanced liquid reactions do not all apply to Lite.
Autosaves and transferring progress
Adventure progress is saved at key changes. Continue from the save menu. Different sites store progress separately: this site, itch.io, and the desktop edition do not automatically share saves. Export in the game, then import at the destination.
Full can read Lite saves, but those saves keep the Lite rules they were created with. Changing the application does not automatically turn a Lite run into a Full run. Compatibility across development versions is not guaranteed.
Replays
After an update, an old replay may no longer play, even if its result record is still viewable. Save exports can include available replays.
Clearing browser site data affects local saves. Export a backup before removing important progress.
